2008 Annual Public Notification of Meetings Schedule
for the
Water Resources Board and Water Resources Board Corporate
and
Related Committees

In accordance with RIGL Section 42-46-6, as amended, the following is the 2008 schedule of meetings of the Water Resources Board and Water Resources Board Corporate and its committees.

Water Resources Board and Water Resources Board Corporate: These meetings will be held on the second Tuesday of the month beginning at 12 noon unless noted otherwise below:

January 15 (3rd Tuesday)	July 8
February 12	August 19 (3rd Tuesday)
March 11	September 9
April 8	October 21 (3rd Tuesday)
May 12	November 18
June 10	December 9

Unless separately noticed otherwise, all meetings of the WRB and WRB Corporate and its committees will be held at the Justice William E. Powers Building, One Capitol Hill, Providence, RI 02908.

Finance Committee: This Committee meets at 11:00AM preceding the meeting of the Water Resources Board on the same date and at the same location.

Water Resources Protection & Use Committee (formerly the Public Drinking Water Committee) Unless separately noticed otherwise, all meetings of this Committee are at 12:00 Noon at Justice William E. Powers Building, Cafeteria Conference Room (lower level), One Capitol Hill, Providence, RI 02908 on the last Tuesday of each month on the following dates:

January 29	August 26
February 26	September 30
March 25	October 28
April 29	November 25
June 3 (first Tuesday)	December 30
June 24

The WRB also has four other committees that do not have a regular schedule of meetings but meet when and if necessary. These committees are the Construction, Engineering & Operations Committee, the Property Committee, the Legislation & Regulations Committee and the Executive Committee.

Emergency and other meetings of the WRB, WRB-C and its committees may be held at any time, when deemed necessary and posted in accordance with the requirements of the Rhode Island General Laws.

All meetings of the WRB, the WRB-C and its committees will be also be noticed publicly in a separate notice and posted as required by state law. In addition, the WRB uses an e-mail distribution list to also provide informal public notification of its meetings. Persons wishing to be added to this e-mail list should send an e-mail to jmariscal@wrb.ri.gov.
