I GET THIRSTY SOMETIMES... Did you know that the average lawn needs NO MORE than 1” of water a week to stay healthy? Rhode Island receives between 39” and 54” of rain each year! That means you should only water your lawn under specific (dry) conditions. If you have enough rain, you don’t need to water your lawn! The best time to water your lawn is in the early morning, before the heat of the day evaporates the water from your lawn. |
I GET HUNGRY SOMETIMES... A lawn only requires a moderate amount of nutrients to stay healthy! Consider consulting with a qualified landscaper to find out exactly what your lawn needs for food. |
I NEED EXERCISE TO STAY FIT! Your lawn should be maintained regularly. Mow your lawn at a high setting to promote deep root growth and to avoid insect infestations. Leaving the clippings on your lawn will help replenish nutrients to the roots so your lawn stays green! |
